6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your Shopify store has Datæ installed. When you uninstall the app:
- We receive a webhook notification from Shopify
- After 48 hours, all your data is automatically deleted from our systems
- This includes chat history, integration tokens, and all stored preferences
