By installing, accessing, or using Datæ ("the App"), a Shopify application operated by Coexist Media ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

To use Datæ, you must have an active Shopify store and install the App through the Shopify App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and any third-party integrations you connect.

Datæ offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through the Shopify billing system.
All charges are processed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds after the 14-day period are provided at our discretion.
AI interactions consume tokens, which are measured by the underlying AI model. Token usage varies based on the complexity and length of your questions and the data analyzed. Your plan includes a monthly token allowance that resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing period. If you exceed your token allowance, you will need to upgrade your plan or wait until the next billing cycle.

Your use of Datæ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Datæ connects to third-party services (Google, Klaviyo, etc.) through OAuth authentication. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of data provided by these third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to those services' own terms and policies.
Datæ uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate insights and recommendations based on your data. You acknowledge that:
The App, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Coexist Media. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your business purposes.
You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you provide or generate through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coexist Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the App, other users, or our business.
Upon termination or uninstallation, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
